Using Orion Security Solutions Through DIR
Eligible organizations can procure OSS solutions directly through the applicable DIR cooperative purchasing contract, providing a simplified and compliant acquisition process. This contract is available to qualifying state and local government agencies, public education institutions, and other eligible public entities in accordance with Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) procurement guidelines.
Warranty Policy
Installation work is covered by a one (1) year warranty. Should a defect arise during this period due to workmanship or installation, Orion Security Solutions will repair or replace the affected item at its own expense, including any surrounding work impacted in the process. Upon completion, the system will be delivered fully inspected, tested, and in proper operating condition. Thereafter, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the system in working order; Orion Security Solutions does not guarantee its continued operation beyond the repair and replacement obligations described above. For equipment manufactured by third parties, Orion Security Solutions will pass through the applicable manufacturer’s warranty to the customer.
