Orion Security Solutions (OSS) prides itself in providing elite installation services.  Regardless of location, system complexity, or local conditions, OSS deploys professional installation teams to ensure the systems are commissioned properly and that they provide optimal results.  OSS self-performs most of their installations and prefers to provide turnkey services, but also maintains exceptional relationships with partners who are specialists in their installation trades.

The OSS installation teams are highly trained in the skills required to successfully install the systems it supports.  The services include the physical installation of the network, head end, and field devices, as well as the configuration, testing, and commissioning of the systems.  OSS has a standard installation guide that dictate how the technicians will install each device in a consistent manner across all installations.  Each technician is trained by the various vendors and also by OSS’s field operations leadership team.

During the installation, OSS has stringent documentation requirements that the technicians must perform to ensure that OSS and the client have an accurate and complete record of everything that was installed.  The project documentation includes an equipment matrix, red-line drawings, installation reports, and photographs of the installed devices.  This documentation is critical during the installation and as part of the post installation service and system sustainment support.
