Andy Confer

Andy received his undergraduate Accounting degree from Oklahoma State University and then received his Master’s of Business Administration degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.  He also received his professional license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  After successful tenures with Ernst and Young, Sonic Corporation, and Devon Energy, Andy joined the OSS team to serve as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Along with managing the Finance Division at OSS, Andy also manages the Director of the Human Resources Division and the Logistics Managers.  He works closely with the CEO/President to strategize and manage the daily affairs of the business to include legal reviews, personnel management, incentive programs, job cost analysis, and more.
